install Citrix and place it in a test farm using an Access database.
When I deploy that image, I simply run CHFARM and join it to my production farm. I have been running this way without any issues since the introduction of XP and now with MPS.
Also, o­n a side note, I don't run SYSPREP o­n any of my TS servers. I have had some quirky issues with a build in the past and the o­nly variable was SYSPREP.
I do run Ghostwalker o­n Win2k images or NewSid from Sysinternals for 2000 or 2003.
