Thanks Gary for the tip, I managed ok with the codepage (by changing the registry entry ACP under HKLM\system\CurrentControlSet\Control\NLS\CodePage . God knows why...) and now it's working.

guide I get the messae "The specified MSProjectServerRole account is not in the MSProjectServerRole role." I checked for 100 times that the user is in the required role, and tried to recreate the logins and roles - nothing helps. ANYBODY ???.

В нашем случае изменение ACP на 1252
фиксит проблему :)
